“Cougar” (* out of four) was a turkey about an older woman (Mimi Brown) with a shady past who moves to a new neighborhood and meets a young man (Cashiff Kennedy) and they begin a steamy affair that turns sordid and leads to deadly consequences. Umpteenth retelling of “Fatal Attraction” except this one is fatally short on thrills, scares, or any dramatic interest. Pretty hard to take, on all levels.
